Global IIRC consultation opens today

The IIRC is issuing a worldwide invitation to stakeholders to respond to its Consultation Draft of the International Integrated Reporting Framework.
Fifteen events are being held around the world today to launch the Framework, six of which are being hosted by stock exchanges.

The second Non-financial reporting conference will take place on 28 June 2013 and is to be chaired by Helen Brand, Chief Executive, ACCA.

The event will feature panel discussions on the broader policy development and regulation in the area of non-financial reporting, translating non-financial data for investors and the merits of integrated reporting. The conference will be followed by a consultation workshop on the IIRC’s draft framework published in April.
